Ready Position
 Right hand is in closed fist, left hand is wrapped around right hand. Hands are placed in front of the body jus below the chin.

The right hand goes to the right hip. The left hand goes directly on top of the right hand. Both hands are in fists. Twin Outer Forearm Block
Left foot steps out into "L" stance while executing twin outer forearm block.
Reverse Knife Hand
Twist hips, right hand extends to execute reverse knife hand, left hand returns to hip. Right hand is open. Feet remain stationary.
Left foot steps in toward the right foot. Right hand extends all the way out.
Lunge Punch
The left foot steps out into fixed stance. The left hand extends into lunge punch. The right hand returns to hip.
Left foot steps in toward the right foot. The left hand goes to the left hip. The right hand goes directly on top of the left hand.

Twin Outer Forearm Block
Right foot steps out into "L" stance while executing twin outer forearm block.

Reverse Knife Hand
Twist hips. left hand execute reverse knife hand, right hand returns to hip. Left hand is open. Feet remain stationary.
Right foot comes in toward the left foot.. Left hand extends all the way out.

Lunge Punch
The right foot steps out into fixed stance. The right hand extends into lunge punch, while the left hand returns to the hip.

The right foot steps in toward the left foot. Both hands reach behind, to the right. 

Bending Ready Stance
The left leg swings out, and pulls back in, chambering it for a side kick. The arms come forward into a fighting stance.

Side Kick
The left leg extends into a side kick and is then placed down in front.

Both hands open. The arms reach to the right in behind.

Double Knife Hand Block
The left leg steps into an "L" stance. Both arms extend forward into double knife hand block.

The right foot steps in toward the left foot. Both hands reach in behind to the left.

Double Knife Hand Block
The right foot steps forward into an "L" stance. Both arms extend forward into a double knife hand block.

The left foot steps in toward the right foot. The arms reach to the right in behind.

Double Knife Hand Block
The left leg steps into an "L" stance. Both arms extend forward into double knife hand block.

The right foot steps forward toward the left foot. The right hand is open at the chest. The left hand is open at the left side of the chest.

Pressing Block Spear Hand
The right foot steps forward into a walking stance while doing a pressing block spear hand.

Left foot comes in toward the right foot. Body does a half turn to face opposite direction. Right hand goes to right hip. Left hand goes on top of right hand.

Twin Outer Forearm Block
Left foot steps out into an "L" stance while executing a twin outer forearm block.

Reverse Knife Hand
Twist hips. Right hand executes reverse knife hand while left hand returns to hip.

Left foot comes in toward the right foot, while the right hand extends out in front.

Lunge Punch
The left foot steps out into an fixed stance while the left hand extends in a lunge punch and the right hand returns to the hip.

Left foot steps in toward the right foot. The left hand goes to the left hip. The right hand goes directly on top of the left hand.

The right foot comes into the left foot. The arms extend straight out to the side. Scooping Block
The left leg steps out into a walking stance. The right arm does a scooping block while the left arm returns to the hip.

Front Snap Kick
The right leg extends with a front snap kick, and is placed down in front.

Reverse Punch
The right foot steps into a walking stance while the left hand does a reverse punch.

Twist hips. Extend arms straight out to the side.

Scooping Block
The left arms does a scooping block while the right hand returns to the hip.

Front Snap Kick
The left leg extends into a front kick, and is placed down in front.

Reverse Punch
The left foot steps into a walking stance while the right hand does a reverse punch.

The arms extend in behind as the right leg begins to come forward. Bending Ready Stance

The right leg swings around and chambers at the side of the left leg, while the arms come forward into a fighting stance.

Side Kick

The right leg extends into a side kick, and is then placed down in front.

The hands reach behind to the right and the body does a half turn to face the opposite direction. Fighting Stance

The left leg steps out into an "L" stance and the arms come forward into a fighting stance.

 

The left leg steps in toward the right leg and the arms reach in behind on the left. Fighting Stance

The right leg steps out into an "L" stance, and the arms come forward into a fighting stance.
