Ready Position
 Right hand is in fist, left hand wrapped around right hand. Hands placed in front of body, just above belt knot.

Left hand goes underneath arm. Arms are at shoulder height. Ridge Hand, Front Snap Kick
Left foot steps out into an "L" stance. The left hand executes a reverse ridge hand strike. This is followed immediately by a front snap kick off the left leg. The leg is placed down in the original "L" stance. 
The right leg steps up toward the left leg. The right hand goes to the hip. Left hand is still in ridge hand position.   Pressing Block
Right foot steps forward into cat stance as the right hand comes upward into a pressing block. The left hand goes to the hip.
The right foot comes in toward the left foot. The right hand goes underneath the left arm. Arms are at shoulder height.  Ridge Hand, Front Snap Kick
Right foot steps out into an "L" stance. The right hand executes a reverse ridge hand strike. This is followed immediately by a front snap kick off the right leg. The leg is placed down in the original "L" stance. 

The left leg steps up toward the right leg. The left hand goes to the hip. Right hand is still in ridge hand position.  

Pressing Block
Left foot steps forward into cat stance as the left hand comes upward into a pressing block. The right hand goes to the hip.  
The left leg steps in toward the right leg. Both hands reach behind, to the right. Both hands are still open. 

Double Knife Hand Block
The left leg steps up into "L" stance. The hands come forward to do a double knife hand block.  

The body twists clockwise as the right hand comes to the hip and the left hand extends straight out in front.

Elbow Strike
The right elbow comes straight up to do an elbow strike at head height. The left hand returns to the hip. The right hand ends up just above the right shoulder, beside the head.

The right foot comes forward to the left foot. The hands reach in behind over the left. Both hands are open.

Double Knife Hand Block
The right foot steps forward into an "L" stance. The hands come forward into a double knife hand block.

The body twists counter clockwise as the left hand comes to the hip and the right hand extends straight out in front.

Elbow Strike
The left elbow comes straight up to do an elbow strike at head height. The right hand returns to the hip. The left hand ends up just above the left shoulder, beside the head.

The left foot steps up toward the right foot. Both hands go to the chest, palm up. Both hands are closed.

Double Punch
The left foot steps forward into a walking stance. Both hands extend forward into a double punch, aimed at jaw height.

The right foot comes in to the left foot. Both hands go the waist, palms down.

Double Upset Punch
The right foot steps forward into a walking stance. The hands come forward to a double upset punch at a height between the stomach and the lower ribs.

The left foot comes in toward the right foot, and the body spins around. The hands go to the side of the chest.

X-Fist Block
The left foot steps forward into a walking stance. The hands extend upward into an X-Fist block, with the left hand on top of the right. Hands are above head height.

The left foot steps in toward the right foot. Both hands lower down to shoulder height.

 Backfist, Wrist Escape, Reverse Punch
The left foot steps out into an "L" stance. The left hand extends into a backfist strike. This is followed immediately by a wrist escape. The stance now changes from "L" stance to walking stance. The person then extends the right arm into a reverse punch.

The left foot steps in toward the right foot. The right hand goes on top of the left arm. Both hands are at shoulder height.

 Backfist, Wrist Escape, Reverse Punch
The right foot steps out into an "L" stance. The right hand extends into a backfist strike. This is followed immediately by a wrist escape. The stance now changes from "L" stance to walking stance. The person then extends the left arm into a reverse punch.

The right foot steps up toward the left foot. The arms reach in behind to the right, both palms down.

Twin Inner Forearm Block
The left foot steps out into a walking stance. The hands come forward into a twin inner forearm mid-section block.

The right hand extends and the left hand goes to the hip.
Front Punch
The left hand comes out in a front punch and the right hand returns to the hip. During the punch, the stance changes from a walking stance to an "L" stance. 

Side Kick, Twin Inner Forearm Block
The right leg comes forward and extends into a side kick. The arms reach in behind to the left. The leg gets placed down in front in a walking stance, and the arms come forward into a twin inner forearm block. 

The left hand extends and the right hand goes to the hip. Front Punch

The right hand comes out in a front punch and the left hand returns to the hip. During the punch, the stance changes from a walking stance to an "L" stance. 

Side Kick, Fighting Stance
The left leg comes forward and extends into a side kick. The arms reach in behind to the right. The leg gets placed down in front in an "L" stance, and the arms come forward into a fighting stance. 

Both hands open. The left hand goes down in front of the left leg, and the right hand goes up, in behind. The entire body twists. 

Double Pressing Block
The stance slowly changes to a walking stance as the hands execute a slow double pressing block

The right foot steps up toward the left foot and the arms reach in behind to the left.  

Fighting Stance
The right foot steps forward into an "L" stance while the arms come forward into a fighting stance. 

Both hands open. The right hand goes down in front of the right leg, and the left hand goes up, in behind. The entire body twists. 

Double Pressing Block
The stance slowly changes to a walking stance as the hands execute a slow double pressing block

The left hand extends in front and the right hand comes to the side of the chest. 

Hooking Punch
The left leg steps up until the feet are together, and the right hand comes across the chest in a hooking punch. The left hand returns to the hip.
Both hands go to the left hip. The thumbs and index fingers of each hand will touch to form a triangle. Bo Block
The right leg steps out into a fixed stance as the hands come out in a bo block.
The right foot steps in towards the left foot. Both hands go to the right hip. The thumbs and index fingers of each hand will touch to form a triangle. Bo Block
The left leg steps out into a fixed stance as the hands come out in a bo block.
