Ready Position
 Both hands are open. Left hand is directly on top of the right hand. Hands are placed in front of belt knot..

The left hand goes to the hip, palm facing forward. Right hand is extended straight out in front. Palm Block
The left foot steps out into a riding stance. The left hand extends straight out into a palm block while right hand goes to hip.
Right Punch, Left Punch

The right hand extends out into a punch, followed immediately by a punch with the left hand.

The right foot steps in toward the left foot. The left hand returns to the hip. The right hand goes directly on top of it. Both hands are palm up.
Twin Outer Forearm Block
The right foot steps out into an "L" stance, while the arms do a twin outer forearm block.
The right hand extends straight out in front. The left hand goes to the waist, palm down Upset Punch
The left hand comes up into an upset punch to rib level. The right hand comes up to the left shoulder. 

 

The right foot steps in toward the left. The left hand extends straight out in front.   Lunge Punch

The right foot steps out into a fixed stance. The right hand extends in a lunge punch.

The right hand goes on top of the left hand, palm up. The right hand is open, left hand is closed. Hands are up above head height.

Knife Hand

The right foot moves in toward the left foot slightly to change the stance from fixed stance to "L" stance. The right hand comes down to the right in a downward knife hand strike. The left hand returns to the hip.

The left foot steps in toward the right foot. The right hand extends in front, left hand returns to hip

Walking Punch
The left foot steps forward into a walking stance while left hand punches. Right hand returns to hip. 

The left foot steps in toward the right foot. The right arm goes on top of the left arm, at shoulder height. Left hand is palm up.

Low Block
The left foot steps out into a walking stance, and the left arm comes down into a low block.

The right foot steps forward toward the left foot. The left hand extends straight out in front.

Walking Punch
The right foot steps forward into a walking stance while the right hand punches.

The left hand reaches in front and grabs the right fist. The right arms pulls in close to the body and the stance changes from walking stance to "L" stance.

Side Kick, Knife Hand
The right leg extends out into a side kick. The right arm goes on top of the left arm. The right hand is open. The right leg, when placed down, steps into "L" stance. The right hand does a knife hand strike.

The left foot steps up toward the right foot. The right hand extends straight out in front. 

Walking Punch
The left foot steps forward into a walking stance while the left hand punches.

The right foot steps up toward the left foot. The left hand extends straight out in front. 

Walking Punch
The right foot steps forward into a walking stance while the right hand punches.

The left foot steps up toward the right foot. The body spins around to opposite direction. The arms reach over right shoulder.

Double Knife Hand Block
The left foot steps out into an "L" stance. The arms extend forward into double knife hand block.

The right foot steps up toward the left foot. Both hands go to the chest. The left hand is palm up, while the right hand is sideways.

Pressing Block/Spear Hand
The right foot steps forward into walking stance while hands do a Pressing block/Spear hand.

With the legs do a stationary turn. The arms reach over the right shoulder. Both hands are still open.

Double Knife Hand Block
The left leg steps out into an "L" stance. The arms come forward into a double knife hand block. 
Turning Kick, Turning Kick
The right foot comes forward to do a turning kick. It is then placed down in front, in an "L" stance. This is followed by a turning kick with the left leg. The foot is placed down.

The arms reach behind, over the right shoulder. Both hands are closed. 

 

Fighting Stance
The left leg steps into an "L" stance while the arms come forward into a fighting stance. 
The left leg steps in toward the right leg. The left arm goes on top of the right arm, at shoulder level. 

Low Block, Reverse Punch
The left leg steps forward into a walking stance, while the left hand does a low block. The left arm then extends straight out. The right arm extends out in a reverse punch while the stance changes to an "L" stance and the left hand returns to the hip.

The right leg steps in toward the left leg. The right hand extends straight out in front while the left hand is at the hip.

Reverse Punch
The right leg steps forward into an "L" stance. The left arm comes forward, in a reverse punch.

The left leg steps in toward the right leg. The left hand extends straight out in front while the right hand is at the hip.

Reverse Punch
The left leg steps forward into an "L" stance. The right arm comes forward, in a reverse punch.  

Both hands come in to the waist, palms up. The entire body winds up.

X-Fist Block
The body unwinds as the hands come forward into an X-Fist block. The right hand is on top.

The right foot steps up toward the left foot. The right hand remains on top of the left hand, but opens, and turns palm up. Arms raise to mid-section height.

Elbow Strike
The right foot steps out into an "L" stance. 70% of weight is on RIGHT leg. The right hand comes in to do an elbow strike, while left hand returns to hip.

The left foot steps in toward the right foot. The body makes a quarter turn, counter clockwise. The right hand goes up to the the side. The right is at face level. The left hand goes down to the side, in a low block position. Feet are together Low Block/Mid-Section Block
The right arm and left arm exchange. So the right arm goes down to do a low block, and the left arm comes up to do a mid-section block.
Low Block/Mid-Section Block
The right arm and left arm exchange. So the right arm goes up to do a mid-section block, and the left arm comes down to do a low block.
The hands open. Both arms reach over the right shoulder. Double Knife Hand Block
The left leg steps out into an "L" stance.
The arms come forward to do a double knife hand block.
The left leg steps in toward the right leg. The arms reach over the left shoulder. Double Knife Hand Block
The right leg steps out into an "L" stance. The arms come forward into a double knife-hand block.
