Ready Position
Hands above head, in front. Thumb and forefingers meet to form triangle. Looking up through opening.

Hands come apart quickly, and come slowly down until they meet in front of the belt. Slowly raise onto the balls of the feet as the hands come down, and then slowly lower onto your heels as the hands meet. The left hand wraps around the closed right hand. The left hand extends straight out in front of the body as the left foot begins stepping slowly out in front.  Slow Upset Punch
The feet slowly adjust into a walking stance as the right hand executes a slow upset punch.
The right foot steps up to the left foot. The right arm extends straight out in front while left hand is at hip.
Slow Upset Punch
The right foot steps slowly out into a walking stance as the left arm does a slow upset punch.
The left foot steps up to the right foot. The hands come up in front of the chest. The right hand is on top, and is open. Hooking Block
The right foot steps out into a walking stance as the right hand comes forward into a hooking block.
The right foot steps back toward the left foot. The hands reach up over the right shoulder, hands are open.  Low Double Knife Hand Block
The right foot steps back into an "L" stance. The hands come down to do a low double knife hand block.

The right foot steps up toward the left foot. The left hand goes on top of the right hand at chest height. Left hand is open, right hand is closed.

Hooking Block
The left foot steps forward into a walking stance as the left hand comes out in front to execute a hooking block.

The left foot steps back toward the right foot. The hands reach up over the left shoulder, hands are open. 

Low Double Knife Hand Block
The left foot steps back into an "L" stance. The hands come down to do a low double knife hand block.

The left foot steps up toward the right foot. The arms reach over the right shoulder.

Double Knife Hand Block
The left foot steps forward into a cat stance. The arms come forward into a double knife hand block.
 

The right foot steps up to the left foot. The arms reach over the left shoulder.

Double Knife Hand Block
The right foot steps forward into a cat stance. The arms extend forward into a double knife hand block.

The legs execute a stationary turn. The right hand goes to the hip, open. The left hand extends straight out in front. 

Pressing Block
The left foot slowly slides into a walking stance as the right hand executes a slowly pressing block.

The right foot steps up toward the left foot. The right hand extends out in front, and the left hand returns to the hip.

Pressing Block
The right foot steps forward slowly into a walking stance as the left hand does a slow pressing block.

The hands open and cross above the head, as the left foot comes in toward the right foot. Step up onto the balls of the feet.

Knife Hand Strike
Both hands come down and the right hand strikes the left palm in a knife hand strike. Lower onto the heels.

Double Side Kick
The left leg extends into a low section side kick. The foot returns to a chambered position. The leg then extends into a mid to high section side kick.

The left leg is placed down on the floor into an "L" stance, as the left arm extends straight out. The right hand is open, and raised up behind the head.

Reverse Knife Hand
The left hand comes in to the chest as the right hand comes forward into a reverse knife hand.

The feet come together and raise onto the balls of the feet as the arms cross in front, but above the head . Both hands are closed.

Hammerfist
Lower onto the heels as the left hand comes down into a hammer fist. The right hand returns to the hip.

Double Side Kick
The right leg extends into a low section side kick. The foot returns to a chambered position. The leg then extends into a mid to high section side kick.
The right leg is placed down on the floor into an "L" stance, as the right arm extends straight out. The left hand is open, and raised up behind the head.

Reverse Knife Hand
The right hand comes in to the chest as the left hand comes forward into a reverse knife hand.

The feet come together and raise onto the balls of the feet as the arms cross in front, but above the head . Both hands are closed. Hammerfist
Lower onto the heels as the right hand comes down into a hammerfist. The left hand returns to the hip.
The left foot steps out in front. The left hand opens and extends down just in front of the left upper leg. The right hand is also open, behind the head.

Double Pressing Block
The hands cross in front of the body, and perform a double pressing block. The feet adjust into a walking stance.

The right foot steps across the left foot, out in front. The right hand extends down just in front of the right upper leg. The right hand is  behind the head.

Double Pressing Block
The hands cross in front of the body, and perform a double pressing block. The feet adjust into a walking stance.

The right foot steps back to the left foot. The right arm goes on top of the left arm in front of the body. Hands are closed. Backfist Strike
The right foot steps in behind into a riding stance. The right hand extends to the side in a backfist strike.
The arms reach over the left shoulder. Palms are down. Twin Inner Forearm Block
The arms come forward into a twin inner forearm block while the feet move into a walking stance.
Low Reverse Punch

After a brief pause, the left hand extends downward into a low section reverse punch. Te right hand returns to the hip.

Spear Hand
Without any pause after the punch, the right hand extends in a high spear hand, and the left hand returns to the hip. This move is to be performed slowly.
The left foot steps in toward the right foot. Te left arm goes on top of the right arm in front of the body. Both hands are closed.
Backfist Strike
The left foot steps to the left into a riding stance. The left hand extends to the side in a backfist strike.
The arms reach over the right shoulder. Palms are down. Twin Inner Forearm Block
The arms come forward into a twin inner forearm block while the feet move into a walking stance.
Low Reverse Punch

After a brief pause, the right hand extends downward into a low section reverse punch. Te left hand returns to the hip.

Spear Hand
Without any pause after the punch, the left hand extends in a high spear hand, and the right hand returns to the hip. This move is to be performed slowly. 
The right foot steps up toward the left foot. The hands both go to the chest. Double Punch
The right foot steps forward into a walking stance. The hands extend forward in a double punch at jaw height.
Te left foot steps forward toward the right leg. Both hands go to the hip, palms facing down. The body does a quarter turn to the left.  Double Upset Punch
The left foot steps out into a walking stance. The hands come forward into a double upset punch to rib height.
Front Snap Kick
The right leg extends forward into a front snap kick. The leg is placed down in front.
The left foot steps up toward the right foot. The body does a half turn to the right.  The hands reach over the left shoulder. Both hands are open. Double Knife Hand Block
The left leg steps out into an "L" stance. The arms extend forward into a double knife hand block.
The left foot steps up toward the right foot. The left hand goes to the hip, and the right hand extends straight in front. Walking Punch
The left foot steps forward into a walking stance, while the left hand extends into a punch. The right hand returns to the hip.
The right foot steps up toward the left foot. The hands both return to the hip, palms down.
Double Upset Punch
The right foot steps out into a walking stance. The hands come forward into a double upset punch to rib height.
Front Snap Kick
The left leg extends forward into a front snap kick. The leg is placed down in front.
The right foot steps up toward the left foot. The body does a half turn to the left. The hands reach over the right shoulder. Both hands are open. Double Knife Hand Block
The right leg steps out into an "L" stance. The arms extend forward into a double knife hand block.

Walking Punch
The right foot steps forward into a walking stance, while the right hand extends into a punch. The left hand returns to the hip.
