Ready Position
 Jun-Bi position


Arms extend in front of the body. Left hand on top of the right hand.

Mid-Section Block

Step out with left foot into walking stance. Left hand executes mid-section block while right hand returns to hip.

Reverse Punch
Twist hips, right hand extends to execute reverse punch, left hand returns to hip. Feet remain stationary.

Stationary turn. Right hand goes on top on left hand. Hands are in front of body at shoulder height.
 

Mid-Section Block
Step out with right foot into walking stance. Right hand executes mid-section block while left hand returns to hip.

 

Reverse Punch
Twist hips, left hand extends to execute reverse punch while right hand returns to hip. Feet remain stationary.

 

Right foot steps in toward the left foot. Both hands reach behind to the right. Hands are open.

 

Double knife hand block
Step with left foot into "L" stance while executing left Double Knife hand block.

 

Right foot steps in toward the left foot. Right hand goes to chest, left hand goes to waist.

 

Pressing Block Spear Hand
Right foot steps forward into walking stance. Right hand extends straight in front to execute spear hand. Left hand travels down to execute pressing block, the travels up and stops just below the right upper arm. 

 

Wrist Escape
Twist the right wrist counter clockwise while the entire body turns a quarter turn to the left.

 

Left foot steps in toward the right foot while the left hand goes on top of the right hand.  Both hands are in fists.

 

Spinning Back Fist
The body does a turn to face the direction in which they were originally facing. The left foot steps into walking stance The left hand extends in front to execute backfist.

 

Right foot steps in toward the left foot. Right hand goes on top of left hand.

Back Fist
Right foot steps forward into walking stance. Right hand extends to execute backfist.

Left foot steps in toward the right foot. The body turns in opposite direction.

Mid-Section Block
Left hand steps out into walking stance. Left hand executes mid-section block. Right hand returns to hip. 

Reverse Punch
Twist hips. Right hand extends to execute reverse punch. Left hand returns to hip. Feet remain stationary.

Stationary turn. Right hand goes on top of left hand.

Mid-Section Block
Right foot steps out into walking stance. Right arm extends into mid-section block. Left hand returns to hip.

Reverse Punch
Twist hips. Left hand extends into reverse punch. Right hand returns to hip.

Left foot comes in toward the right foot. Arms cross across the chest.

Wedging Block
Left foot steps out into walking stance. Arms go out in front to execute wedging block.

Front Snap Kick
The right leg extends in a front kick, and the leg is placed down in front.

Front Punch Reverse Punch
After the right leg is placed down in front, step into walking stance. The right hand extends into front punch, followed by the left hand extending into reverse punch.

Right foot comes in toward the left foot. Arms cross across the chest.

Wedging Block
Right foot steps out into walking stance. Arms extend into wedging block.

Front Snap Kick
Left leg extends into front snap kick, and the leg is placed down in front.

Front Punch Reverse Punch
After the leg is placed down, step forward into walking stance. The left hand extends into a front punch, followed by a reverse punch with the right hand

Left leg comes in toward the right leg. Left hand goes on top of the right hand.

High Block
Left foot steps into walking stance while executing left high block.

Right foot steps in toward left foot. Right hand goes on top of left hand at shoulder height.

High Block
Right foot steps into walking stance while executing right high block.

Right foot steps in toward the left foot. The body turns to face opposite direction. Left hand goes on top of right hand. Hands are in front of body, at shoulder height.  Left hand is open.

Knife Hand
Left foot steps into riding stance while executing left knife hand strike.

 

Right foot steps in toward left foot. Right hand goes on top of left hand in front of body at shoulder height. Right hand open, left hand is in fist.

Knife Hand
Right foot steps into riding stance while right hand executes right knife hand strike.
