Ready Position
 Jun-bi position

Both hands open. The right hand goes to the right hip and the left hand goes immediately on top. Twin Outer Forearm Block
The left leg steps out into an "L" stance and the hands execute a twin outer forearm block. Both hands are still open.
The right leg steps up toward the left leg. Both arms reach over the right shoulder, palms down. High Block/Reverse Knife Hand
The right foot steps forward into a walking stance. The left hand comes forward to do a high block above the head, while the right hand does a reverse knife hand strike. Both hands are open.
The right foot steps in toward the left leg. Both arms reach over the left shoulder. Double Knife Hand Block
The right foot steps out into an "L" stance and the hands come forward into a double knife hand block.
The left foot steps up next to the right foot. The left hand goes to the hip and the right hand extends straight out. Spear Hand
The left foot steps forward into a walking stance. The left hand does a high spear hand while the right hand returns to the hip.
The left foot steps in toward the right foot. Both hands reach over the right shoulder. Hands are still open.

Double Knife Hand Block
The left foot steps forward into an "L" stance. The arms come forward in a double knife hand block.

Bending Ready Stance
The right leg chambers up beside the left leg. The body turns to face the opposite direction. The arms come forward into a fighting stance. Hands are now closed fists.

Side Kick
The right foot extends into a side kick.

The right foot is placed down. The arms reach over the right shoulder. Hands open again.

Double Knife Hand Block
The body turns to face opposite direction and adjust legs into "L" stance. The arms extend forward to do a double knife hand block. Te left leg is in front.

Flying Side Kick
The right foot takes a large steps forward. The left leg comes forward, off the floor, and the right foot executes a flying side kick. Upon landing, go into an "L" stance, and the arms reach over the left shoulder. Hands are open.
 

Double Knife Hand Block
The right foot is in front, and the arms extend forward into a double knife hand block. 

The left foot steps up toward the right foot as the body turns to the opposite direction. The left hand goes on top of the right hand, at shoulder height. Both hands are still open.

Low Section Knife Hand Block
The body does a quarter turn tot the left and the left foot steps out into an "L" stance. The left hand goes down into a low knife hand block, and the right hand returns to the hip in a fist. 

The body twists, and both hands come to the chest, open, palms up.

Head Grab, Knee Strike

Both hands extend up as if grabbing somebody's head. The stance adjusts into a walking stance. The hands travel downward as the right knee comes straight up to meet the hands. 

The right foot is placed down. The body turns to face opposite direction. The left hand extends straight out while the right hand goes to the chest. Both hands are open. 

Ridge Hand Strike
Feet adjust into a walking stance. The right hand extends in a ridge hand to head height.. The left hand goes directly underneath the right upper arm. The left foot is in front.

Side Kick
The right foot comes up and does a side kick in front. The foot is immediately placed down beside the left foot.

Spinning Back Kick, Fighting Stance
Turn and look over the left shoulder. The left foot extends in behind in a spinning back kick. The arms reach over the left shoulder, hands in closed fists. The left foot steps in behind into an "L" stance. The arms extend forward into a fighting stance. 

Turning Kick
The left leg comes forward to execute a turning kick. Make sure the bottom foot pivots.

The left foot is placed down beside the right foot. Both hands go to the left hip. The thumbs and forefingers meet to form a triangle. 

Bo Block
The right foot steps out into a fixed stance as the hands come forward in a bo block. 

Both legs bend and the arms reach to the right as the body twists.

360° Jump, Double Knife Hand Block
The arms extend over the left shoulder as you jump and do a complete 360° turn in the air. Land in an "L" stance with the right foot forward. The arms will extends forward into a double knife hand block.  
The left foot steps up toward the right foot. The left arm extends in front. The right hand goes straight to the right chest.

Low Spear Hand
The left foot steps forward into a walking stance. The right hand extends down into a low section spear hand. The left hand comes up on top of the right upper arm.  

 

The hands cross in front of the chest. The left hand is on top. Both hands are closed. Both palms are facing up.  Low Block/Back Fist
The stance moves back a bit and changes to an "L" stance. The left hand extends down into a low block while the right hand reaches back to do a back fist over the right shoulder.  

The right leg steps up toward the left foot. Both hands open, and go to the chest. 

Pressing Block/Spear Hand
The right foot steps forward into a walking stance as the hands execute a pressing block spear hand.

The left leg steps up toward the right leg. The body does a half turn to the left. The arms reach over the right shoulder. 

Twin Inner Forearm Block
The left leg steps out to the side into a walking stance. The arms come forward into a twin inner forearm block.

The right foot steps up toward the left foot foot. The left arm extends straight out in front. The right arm reaches up behind the head.   

Mid-Section Block
The right foot steps out into a riding stance. The right arm executes a mid section block and the left hand returns to the hip.  

Feet remain stationary. The right arm goes on top of the left arm directly in front of the body. Both hands are palm down.

Back Fist
Feet do not move. The right hand extends to the side in a back fist strike, while the left hand returns to the hip.

Side Kick
The right foot steps across the left foot, to execute a side kick. The foot is then placed down in front.

Side Kick
The left foot step across the right foot, to execute a side kick. The foot is the placed down into an "L" stance.
The hands to the hips. Hands are open, palms down.
 X-Fist Block

The hands come up to execute a mid-section x-fist block. Both hands are open.

The left foot steps up to the right foot. The hands return to the hips. Double Pressing Block

The left foot steps forward into a walking stance. The hands each come up from the hip into upper pressing blocks.

Feet execute a stationary turn. The right hand goes on top of the left hand at chest level. Right hand is palm up.. High Block, Reverse Punch
The right arm extends above head in a high block. The entire twists. The left hand executes a reverse punch.
