2 Step Sparring Forms

(Sheet #1, #1-5)

Notes: For the following techniques both the attacker and the defender must start in the ready position one arms length apart. Prior to each attack, the attacker steps back with the right leg into a left 'L' stance/fighting stance. The attacker than Kihaps in this position. The attacker returns to the fighting stance at the end of the attack.

Jerugi - Ap Chugi

The  attacker steps with right foot into a walking stance  with  right punch.
The attacker then follows with a left front snap kick to groin.

The defense steps back with right leg into a walking stance while executing a left outer forearm block (blocking punch).
Follow with a a low-section X-fist block against the front kick. The defender brings the arms in then executes a double punch to the attackers jaw. (Kihap)

Jerugi - Yup Chugi

The attacker steps forward with the right foot into a walking stance, while executing a right punch.
The attacker then follows with a left side kick to the lower mid section.
  
The  defense steps back with the right into an 'L' stance while performing a left palm block to the attackers forearm.
Follow with a left low section reverse palm block to the back of the attackers leg as the front foot slides back towards right.  Finish with a left knife hand strike to the back of the attackers neck. (Kihap)

Jerugi - Dollyo Chugi

The attacker steps into a right foot walking stance with right punch.
Followed with a left turning kick to the upper midsection

The  defense steps back with the right into an 'L' stance while performing a left palm block to the attackers forearm.
Slide your left foot out on a 45° angle riding stance while executing a punch-block to the face (Left hand punches, Right arm blocks, Kihap)

Jerugi - Ap Chugi (Second Defense)

The attacker steps into a right foot walking stance with right punch.
Follow with a left front snap kick to the groin.
  
The defense steps back with the left leg into an L stance while excecuting a right outer forearm midsection inward block to punch.
Follow with a low section block with the right arm jamming attacker kick, at same time execute a left reverse punch to the attackers jaw. (Kihap)

Ap Chugi - Jerugi

The attacker executes a right front snap kick to the groin.
Follow with a right midsection punch (Right leg forward walking stance)

The defense steps back with the left leg into an L stance while executing a X fist block to the kick.
Follow with a right punch-block the to jaw. (Left arm blocks, right arm punches, Kihap))
