techniques,
the attacker and defender start in a ready stance 2 arms length apart. The attacker then
steps forward with the right leg into a walking stance punch and Kihaps.
The defender then defends landing in fighting stance.
Twimyo Ap Chugi
From Jun-Bi, jump straight up,
executing a right jumping front kick (tuck bottom leg). (Kihap)
Land right leg fighting stance.
Twimyo Yup Chugi
From
Jun-Bi, jump straight up, executing a right jumping side kick
(tuck bottom leg). (Kihap) Land right leg fighting stance.
Twimyo Dollyo Chugi
From
Jun-Bi, jump straight up, executing a right jumping turning kick
(tuck bottom leg). (Kihap) Land right leg fighting stance.
Twimyo Dwi Chugi
Right
leg executes an outer-inner sweeping block to attackers punching
arm. (Block with the sole of the foot) landing beside left foot.
Look at attacker over left shoulder with both eyes and
execute a left jumping back kick (tuck bottom leg). (Kihap) After kick bring leg back
around into right leg fighting stance.
Twimyo Bandae Dollyo Chugi
Right
leg executes an outer-inner sweeping block to attackers punching
arm. (Block with the sole of the foot) landing beside left foot.
Look at attacker over left shoulder and execute a left
jump spinning
hook kick. (Kihap) Land in right leg fighting stance.
