Preparing For After Pictures

You have trained hard and now is the time to reap the rewards. By taking after pictures you will be motivated to better yourself and less likely to revert back. Your after pictures give you motivation.

Below are the steps that should be followed to ensure good after pictures. You should start approximately 3 weeks before your photo date.

Appearance

  1. Start tanning 2 - 3 times per week. We recommend Delfs' Stand-up tanning booth to eliminate any tan lines and missed spots. Wear either nothing or only bottoms for best visual results.
  2. A few days prior to the shoot get a hair cut and style. Don't be afraid to try something too radical. Remember you are now in the process of creating the 'new' you.
  3. Wear "hottie" clothes. Even better go out and buy some new ones. Sexy new clothes make you feel sexy. When you feel sexy you become more attractive and take better pictures.
  4. The day of the shoot bring a variety of different clothes. Be sure to include a bikini and a nice "going out" formal attire. Remember to put on make up and do your hair.

Diet

  1. There can not be any food cheat days until your shoot. You will have three solid weeks of perfect eating.
  2. Eliminate all bread and dairy products from your diet.
  3. If you are going to a function where food is being served make sure to either bring your own food or eat your meal before going.
  4. Drink lots of water. About 3 litres / day for the first 2 weeks then on the 3rd week, increase this to 5 litres per day! 1-1/2 days before your shoot, you will reduce this to only 1/2 litre per day. This will reduce your water retention drastically. Be prepared to go to the washroom a lot, this is normal. Even though you reduce your intake. (see chart below)
  5. Cut out all starchy carbohydrates and sugars (no fruit, potatoes, bread etc.)  for 4 days of your last week. On your 5th day & the first half of the 6th day load up on carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, pasta) without added fat. On the second half of day 6 & day 7 cut all starch carbohydrates again and only sip water until the photo shoot.

This is your big day and you should be extremely proud. If you have made it this far everyone has seen your progress and you should plan to celebrate your new you and your success!
