Group Fitness Classes
Cross Training: A Boot Camp style class, focusing on overall body strength and endurance. Pilates & Stability Ball: A great core workout, including Pilates influenced moves, stability ball and stretches. Walking Club: A walk outdoors, going at your own pace (weather permitting), leg and core exercises indoors. $5.00 for non-members, $2.00 for members, all proceeds going towards Breast Cancer Research. Read more here... Boxercise: Fun, energetic class influenced by boxing punches and kicks. Great for men and women on all fitness levels. Boot Camp Circuit: A high energy cardiovascular and strength training class, with overall body focus.
